We want you to feel perfectly supported by your new workspace setup, which is why we offer a 30-day trial period on all ergonomic seating. If your chair isn't the right fit for your posture or comfort needs, we provide a streamlined return and exchange process.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Disassemble the chair carefully and place all components back into the original shipping box using the protective foam inserts to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email, then securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old labels.
- 4.Drop Off and Refund
Hand the package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
